Where do I get a spare part for my Sovereign chainsaw?
I have a Sovereign Chainsaw SCS38/45 Model CS38. Serial no.05. The spindal the rope pull start is attached to have broken. Where can a get a replacement part?

Forget the UK branch after 2 months of ringing up constantly they sent me the wrong parts and after a further month of trying to get them to correct the error I have given up.
My tip is use the german ISC site and another copy of that site opened up under automatic 'Babel fish' webpage translation service & order direct, even with a big hit on postage (€17 for me) it worked out the same as going via the UK parts dept for my parts. And I bet the germans would not have sent out completely the wrong parts !

Go to www.isc-gmbh.info and click on the flag at the bottom of the page to change to English. Then go to garden products ( warning- very bad English translation but you can just about find your way around ! ) Then click on the Sovereign symbol on the left. Click on the picture of your model ( Benzin = Petrol ) Then click on the tab to open up a parts list and diagram. Make a note of the part number and price in Euro's then order from the Liverpool dealer on 0151 649 1500. Good luck ,parts are NOT cheap !
