I hope someone can help me on the following two points.

Firstly. On the Veritas 8 I believe that the correct procedure for changing the factory set ENGINEERS code is as follows. Enter existing 4 digit factory set engineers code, Press prog, press 60, enter new 4 digit code, press prog, press reset.
Could someone confirm this please.

Secondly. How do you change the factory set USER code ?

Yes you are correct

The procedure is the same for the default user code.
