My jetski only clicks when I try to crank it. It has a new battery so I know it is not the battery. I am trying to decide if the engine is froze up or if the starter is bad. I am able to turn the prop with my hand so does this mean the engine is not froze up?

bridge the relay and see if that spins it if y renew relay/solonoid if no jump bat+ to starter direct if no joy then starter faulty
