how do i put new strimming wire on perol strimmer dont know how to get the spool off ?

Unscrew the black plastic bit from the bottom of the spool and it should just pull out.

Don't suppose anyone knows where to get a replacement spool from?

Some times you have to squeeze the sides. If it says "Push here" it may mean squeeze here.
