hOW DO YOU TURN ON DISPLAY?

We have a Samsung er4915 both displays stopped working at the same time please help

Hi.
Most commonly, it is caused by tiny cracks around the display pins, and connectors. Check the connectors between the top display boards, and the main board, and re-solder any cracked joints.
