How do I remove and replace my 2002 Ford Mondeo's roof aerial?

the aerial on my 1996 vw golf has broke is there a quick fix

Mines earlier but I would imagine there is no difference.

between the visors resting clips should be a blanking plate directly under the position of the aerial. Prise this plate out to reveal the base of the aerial. Undo the cross head Torx screw from the base of the aerial and remove the wiring and then the aerial base and gasket. Replacement is reversal.
