boiler not working?

my boiler is not giving hot water, the blue liti is solid but flashes when I turn on the hot water tap, you can hear the water pump but not the fan.

Can you help.

try your reset button, if no joy it could be your heat transfer/diverter valve and they are expensive to replace.
