To repair the Paragon Super II keypad you will need a drop of cellulose thinners and a silver conductive pen (Available from Maplins). Disconnect the wires from the back of the kepyad making sure the + and other wires do not come into contact, remove the two small screws at each side of the pcb. Lift off the pcb and you will clearly see the contacts on the underside of it.
Dampen a cloth with thinners - do not over wet it, and gently clean the contacts. Similarly clean the little black conductor spots on the inside of the actual keypad. Then using the pen, gently apply a drop of the conductive silver on to each dot on the keypad so that the surface nis completely covered. It helps to dip the tip of the pen into thinners before you do this so as to dilute the silver and allow it to spread.
When fully dry rreassemble the parts of the keypad and re connect to the control panel. This should cure your problem.
