I have e copier machine IR 5570. Problem is code E000841-301 for its?

I work in service company as service technician. I have to repair IR 5570. There is service foult code E000841-301. I have not a documentation for this machine. Please, would someone helm me to resolve this problem?

Have you put this on here before? The fault is in the fixing inlet solonoid connection. Can be caused by small bits of paper in the draw conector.
