when you switch on the ignition the arrange service appears. how do I reset this.?

Just reset the 'spanner icon' (with the ignition off press and hold the button with all the '0's on (tripmeter reset button) holding the button depressed turn the ignition on, the display will count down to zero then take your finger off the button)
