where will i find the egr valve on my 2003 vectra 2.2 dti and is it easy to replace? i have a management light come on and loose power but it only happens when going up hill or accellorating hard in 4th or 5th gear.

Hi i have had similar problem on a 2.0 dti 51 plate, on mine there are two valves on the right side of the engine between rad reservior and screen wash filler. if the same layout check the hoses going in as they are a prone to split and affect performance.

A repair with insulation tape and cable ties has sorted mine
