cant delete games keeps saying operation failed and going off for a few seconds

he does have a virus in his phone, and i know for sure cos thats what i have on mine,

tell me if im wrong, ur mobile is not allowing u to delete games, install games/applications...
now i went to a mobile store and said i had to format the mobile, that wil cost u like 17-19 euros maximum...
still i have my virus on... searchin for doing it myself.. still i cant find any way of how to format my phone...

You might be trying to delete the default games, the one already installed on the phone by the network provider?
I suggest to have the phone debranded, soyou can install your own games.
And you do not have a virus on your phone
