Wipers on my ford galaxy were seized?

Wipers on my galaxy were seized, they have been freed but wont stop in park position, they stop 10cm up from park. How can i sort them???

Pull up the end caps to access the nut that holds the wiper arm in place then carefully lever up wiper arm (it will be hard to get them off) then reposition wiper in correct place on windscreen & tighten nut on again.
