Hi have worked out the problem and the solution.Either defrost over a long time or remove the inside back from the freezer carefully chip away the ice from the drain hole, then melt the ice in the drain hole with a hairdryer.If you can save your frozen food somewhere else then defrost is the way to go. Removing the inside back is a fiddly job.
