Have a 2006 mondeo st tdci with 14,000 miles,problem is that i have a soft brake pedal,with car not started pedal is hard,when i start car pedal will go in but if you push it more it will go to the floor,when driving car brakes will stop but very poor action pedal softno firm pedal.

Hi Nigel, it sounds like you have a servo fault, and it's either the servo unit or the vaccum pump or the connection between them
