vectra warning light?

after having the engine power cleaned the warning light for engine electronics has come on and wont go out,the engine is now hard to start but seems to run ok when it does.any ideas how to fix?

it sounds like the idle sencer does it tick over

in my experience the crankshaft position sensor traps water, you need to dry it out.all then should be ok
