How do I fix pressure to allow hot water to work?

I currently have no hot water - I think the pressure has dropped very low (to the 1 on guage) when it should be at 3 and the water tank needs filling up. How would I go about finding how/where to do this please

if the boiler lights when you turn heating on and does not when you open tap then flow turbine more than likely the fault.

give us a little more detail on what does work if you wish to hear a more definate answer

Your boiler should:

1: be on 1 - 1.5 cold on pressure guage
2: should not be on 3.
3: when heating on should rise from cold 1 - 1.5 up to 2 - 2.5
(as the hot water expands) and cool again to 1 - 1.5.
