My bosch freezer tempture has fallen between 0-10.what gone wrong?

I have a bosch frost free tall freezer. it has suddenly stop freezing how can I fix this

I have the same problem with mine, GSU 2104 GB. It is a frost free freezer and the freezing elements are in the top section of the cabinet. If yours is similar, a temporary solution is to switch off the freezer, open the drop down cover to the above elements, cover the frozen food with a blanket and use a hair dryer to defrost the elements. If the freezer is working properly this is taken care of automatically. It seems that this process is faulty hence the icing up of the elements. Anyone know a fix for this?

temperature dropped from -18 to -10, after opening the door for a few seconds.This did not happen before,After an hour or so it goes up to -12 or -13.what do you suggests?
