my vauxhall vectra 1800 16v won't start it won't even turn over, and the engine management light is flashing

I have a ford KA and my back lights, fog lights and dashboard lights wont work, the alarm when u leave your lights also dosent work, i have checked the fuses in the fuse box and back bulb light, what wrong?

same thing happened to my audi a4 turned out to be dash module (something to do with immobiliser i think)thank god for warrenties is what i say sorry bud
