I'm wanting to change the oil filter myself and firstly I would like to know where to locate it and secondly what type of filter do I purchase - cannister or paper type. Do I also need to purchase one of these oil filter removal tools and which one? Thanks
If its the D7F motor, drivers side wheel off, and the tiny canister type filter is visible. Use an oil filter wrench (steel strap type is best) and put a plastic bag over the filter as you undo it - the oil slops everywhere!
