2 Flashing Lights on Epson R220 - Tried the usual !?

I have two flashing lights on my R220 printer. I have tried holding down all three buttons at the same time to reset it, but all this does is actually switch the printer off. Anyone got any other ideas ?

Also have had the 'Parts out of service' message coming up. Have downloaded the SSC Utility, picked my printer, closed the window, right clicked the icon at the bottom right and asked it to soft reset - but nothing happened. This message isn't appearing at the moment as I need to get rid of the flashing lights first !

Any help greatly appreciated - Thanks

Sounds like your ink pads are full, usually last only 1 yr - 1 1/2 yrs. do not throw out it is planned obsolecents by Epson.

go here for a little item that will save money and fix that

The best option is as I do with ssc, right click it and go thru all the resetting for everything, never failed me yet, good luck, Dave.

Have you changed the ink??

There are also some other resets on the SSC utility - try these
