1. have you turned on the water to the machine ?
2. Have you securely closed the door so that when the machine is turned on, the door cannot be opened again for 2 mins after the machine is switched off ?
Have you pushed the machine too far back into it's space so that it kinks the filling hose and or the drain hose ?
Has all of the packing been removed together with the travelling bolts, if any ?
If there is water entering the machine can it empty / if not , and if it is draining into the trap under the sink, is the outlet pipework clear of any plugs or stopped ends ?
if all else fails call on the warrenty.
