MTD Mower mutiple problems. No reliable local agent on Anglesey?

Had same problem with seized MTD wheels, AND many other items -electrics, brakes, transmission, plastic chute. Even an engineering Company could not shift the wheel. MTD agent from Valley on Anglesey who sold me mower eventually only partly repaired some of the problems and injected tyres with Tyreseal after Trading Standards were involved. Not solving the problems only treating the symptoms. Now gone out of business. Now got renewed problem with transmission. Other local non-MTD agent mower repairer not able to repair. Either tractor would not drive at all OR after being back again to same repairer, will not come out of the forward or reverse gear selection AND most essentially, will not stop as clutch/brake pedal needs properly adjusting and only vaguely works. Very dangerous situation, especially when backing up to a bank edge to tip the mown grass. Only way to stop the mower is to turn the ignition off, the shift can then be moved to neutral. Up to now, in just one afternoon, have hit a wall and had to jump off the mower when backing up to a ditch as the machine would not stop moving. Also, the first three gears out of six all give the same ground speed. Anyone with a manual or system for setting and adjusting the various parts of the transmission? Any good North Wales MTD Agent. Anyone any other suggestions, apart from launching the B....Y thing into space?
