Where is the (noisy) fan on my Servis Fridge Freezer?

I have what seems to be the common fault of a noisy fan on my fridge freezer. It seems to be catching or just loose maybe.
Do I access the fan via the back or side? I think the back.
Anyway, the back the unit is covered in a white insulation type material. In order to remove this do I have to rip it? I've toyed with the corners but it looks stuck on. Any engineers know what to do here? Or anyone with past experience. The model number M0337-X but it similar to other models.
Thanks in advance.

If you have a noisy fan on a servis fridgefreezer, then this is what to do.
Turn the power off. Remove the drawers out of the freezer. You will see a panel, remove this carefully. There is a screw that needs to half turned in order to do this.
Once removed the fan can be seen. Basically, this has been catching on the back so you will need to slide it towards you a little bit. Turn the power on but avoid the fan area. If it doesn't make the noise turn the power off and put everything back. Power on. Don't push the panel on too hard or slam in the drawers as this pushes the fan back again and you are back where you started. If it still is making the noise, turn the power off and edge it further towards you Check again etc............ Hope this helps.
