How can I fix my aqualisa aquastream?

My shower is about 6 years old. Recently while showering my husband knocked the shower with his elbow and it sounded like the pump stopped working. Now when you turn the shower on a small amount of water comes out but no pump sound. Pump broken?

check whats wrong with the pump, maybe a wire, brushes etc. quite an easy job.
