When I put my lights on and press the brakes all lights on car and caravan flash even the dashboard

hi it could be water getting in to the connections or a million other things, past experience dont even think about messing with electrics call a motor electrician because its a nightmare if you dont knowwhat your doing

Presumably this phenomena only occurs with the caravan connected up? If so, the first thing to check is that the earth connection from all of the caravan lamp units is actually wired up - ideally you'll need to trace the earth wire from the lamps right back to the plug where it connects into your car. I'm assuming that all of the wiring connections are correct, of course!
