my veritas alarm goes of within 10 seconds of me switching the mains power switch off.I have just changed the batttery but it is still the same,please help
Changed it and worked. you are a star ,you saved me a packet that they wanted just to come and check for the fault.Thanks a million

Hi Kerry, Assuming the battery is a new one then perhaps the battery fuse is blown?
So the panel is not seeing the battery voltage when the mains is switched off.
