my t reg corsa 1.2 16v keeps over heating it seems to leak fluid from expansion tank cap,heater works fine hot and cold,no white gunk in rocker cover any ideas please

check that the thermostat is working,if this is not working you will boil over,remove from engine & put in boiling water you should be able to see this open if it does not you will need new one approx £5-10.a garage will try & put a new head gasket on for this & you can imagine that price. best of luck
