Can i replace swivel cord?

The swivel cord on my CHI hair straightener is burnt and has a hole in it and will not turn on at all. Is it possible to replace the swivel cord? Where can you buy a swivel cord from?

Hi,
I ordered a replacement lead from ebay but it wasn't the correct one so i had to "butcher" it to make it work and even now its tempermental. The choice is yours, its an iffy fix but it i guess its ok as a stop gap and is electrically sound (as in no risk of shock).
Look up hair straightener cables or power leads and it should only cost you around £5-8.
Hope this helps
