We have been operating this printer for 3-months before one morning on starting up the above error occurred. When the technician came to check it was found that the "transfer film" was ripped for is total length on a slight diagonal and in 6-7 places across its width. This website suggests the error code refers to overheating, but how can it overheat when it is just started up? What is the cause of the problem? Is this a manufacturing fault?
