How to bypass immobiliser on Honda Civic EM Coupe?

Is there any way to bypass the immobiliser and alarm on my 2000 honda civic 1.6vti Coupe? Replaced the batteries in the remote but still no luck. The car obviously wont start and alarm goes off, when i open door or bonnet. Help!

You can't bypass the immobilizer. The immobilizer is intergrated into the cars wiring system. The only way is to take it your local honda dealer so they can program your key(s) to your car using the HDS, Honda Diagnostic System. Trust me, I work for Crown Honda of Charlotte. But programming your keyless entry remote is a whole other story, but its not that complicated.
