well. as a heating and a/c tech , this is a good question . first is your air filter dirty? 2nd . did this just start? if it did just start and your filter is clean , you will have to call someone in as anything more than an air filter is a service problem that can be a lot of things incudling fan speed not set right, dirty coil, or low on freon . all of the above need to be adressed by a service tech as they are NOT a homeowner fixable item
