The 15 amp fuse to the tailight circuit of my 97 ford escort lx wagon blows?

All lamps and sockets function for the stop lights, reverse lights and turn signals, but each time the fuse is replaced, it burns out immedately. The circuit also includes the inside dash light and "lights on" warning beeper.

If you have a wiring schmatic for circuit you can place in line fuses to each componet to isolate the problem and then head in that direction...
