low effort peugeot 106 rear brakes?

how do u get more effort on peugeot 106 rear brakes

have you tryed replacment of rear shoes or ajusted rear brakes from rear drum by removing wheel and finding ajuster in wheel nut hole

1st back cble right back.remove both drums.keeping 1 side itact for reference.strip out other side shoes and mechanism.fully clean and grease all levers/pivots and hbrake adjusters with copper grease.reassemble and manually operate self adjusters to max possible while still allowing drum to go back on.same other side.press pedal hard several times to centralise shoes. adjust cble to 5 clicks and then repetadly pull and release hbrake of and on.reset free play to 4-5 clicks.this should give max efficientcy.anything beyond this would require race/rally quality linings.point.some cars are designed to have perhaps as lo as 10% rear brakes.
