brake lights on a nissan micra, post 93 model, don't work.

not the bulb. not the fuse.

i would say it will be the brake light switch.its above the brake pedal.very easy to test.take the connector of the switch,there will be 2 wires going to it.cross the connections with another piece of wire or a split pin.if the brake lights come on you've found the problem.
