My Piaggio NRG is not starting?

My scooter will not start.

There is charge in the battery....lights etc all come on.

Fuel and oil are ok.

I have changed the spark plug and coil, but there is no spark from the spark plug.

Any ideas???

i have the same prob but when i hit the green and black wire togther it will spark

have you checked all the wireing from the battery to the coil and then from the coil to the spark plug?

Some one must be able to offer a little advice surely.
