I have an older hard drive. It can not install lexmark 2500. Help

i had a lexmark printer, and could not get the drivers for it , i emailed them , and let me tell you something , lexmark did not want to know , ill never buy ink of them , never mind a printer" and by the way their printers , dont work on windows 98" or Me" but they dont tel you that before you buy it!

If you mean compatible it depends on the Operating System and had NOTHING to do with the hard drive. The CD that you got with the printer will have drivers for all the Operating Systems that it supports except Vista (usually) which you can download from www.lexmark.com. You can also find a list of supported OSes there as well.
