I regularly clean the soft fine filter that fits down into the agitator, however sometimes bits come poking ot from underneath the agitator. How do i get under the agitator to clean it. There is a bolt I can see down the tube...can't recall ever having seen a tool that would reach it.

All you need is a standard socket, I think from memory it was a 10mm, and a long extension bar, most tool and car accessory shops have them and of course a handle or rachet to turn the socket, it was a few years ago when I took mine out so you may need to double check the socket size,
