What is the problem? Runs 35C quick wash okay (no dry). All other programmes stuck at 1min left and humming, small amount of foam on outlets of lower spray arm. Heats, drains and pumps ok but suspect dry step problem. Any hints or solutions and how do you get into it to investigate, no obvious inspection plate to get in?

Further to above... when displaying 1 min with door open if powered off then on timer returns to 26mins displayed. Door closure returns to humming noise. If water added to fill level, then the machine starts to rinse and completes cycle okay. Controller fault?
