I switch the shower on it runs for about 3 or 4 seconds then it switches it self off

There are two versions of the 8.5kw Sprint. One with two dials side by side, and the other one with two dials one above the other, and a start/stop button. It depends on which version you have as to what the problem is. If you would like to call us on 0845 126 4141 we can try and help.
