What is wrong with my clutch?

Clutch fluid is fine, but clutch is to the floor, was told it was a new one, and I cant find a dipstick for the manual transaxle. Where is it? What else could it be?

either clutch master or slave cylinder seal has blown out.fluid will be leaking from faulty unit.
