gearbox on zafina diesel?

i cannot selet anygear on my zafrina diesel gearstick moves around and will not select a gear but the linkages are moving but does not seem to move anything in the box can anyone help with what is wrong

if its the one fitted with dual mass flywheel then ur in £1500 of trouble.try selecting rods manually.
