Potterton Promax Fault Code?

My Potterton Promax is displaying fault code E19. Does anyone know what this means? the hot water is not working. Where can I find an explanation for Potterton fault codes?

you need to top up. E119 is low pressure code when boiler less than 0.5 bar.

top up to 1-1.5 bar when boiler cold using your filling loop, braided hose with tap probably on either end
