dyson dc04 power cord?

my dyson has go lose wire just wondering if anyone knows how to open it so w3e can tighten up the wire

Hi, we have just had the same problem. This is how you do it where the on/off button is you need to twist it should come out easy. In side theirs a screw, undo it and the hole section pulls out from the top. Then you can either change the wire or reconnect them. I hopes this helps

Look at the behind of the switch, beneath the flexible hose...if you can see a single torx screw, undo this, remove the plastic cover and you'll get to the switch.
