Does anyone know how to get the plastic cover off the shower? I've got water leaking from the bottom as well! It seems to be a common problem! Thank you

If you click off the gainsborough badge at the top it exposes the screw that loosens it.

Yes... just done it tonight to sort my leaky shower out!

There is only one screw holding it on...where it says gainsborough etc.. on the front cover, just get a knife and flick that plastic bit off.

The front cover should now be loose - I then unscrewed the metal hose (at the bottom - so its separate from the unit).

Now, it should easily come off- just don't loose the screw like I just have!!

look for little cross head screws on top and bottom.
sounds like you have activated the prd.
