Samsung Frisge/Freezer RS21NCSV?

Fridge stoped working wont go below 16 degrees.
On investigation condenser and fan iced up. I deiced the fridge but now the fan moter will not run.
I Have measured for continuity across moter connector ( when disconnected from fridge) and all seems well. ie not open circuit or short circuit.
Can you help?
THere are wires that appear connected to the the drip tray, which was completely boxed in with iced. What are these wires?
I would much appreciate any advice.

Hi there,
This has happened to me more than once Samsung are aware of this 'design flaw' and will rectify the problem free of charge, issuing customers with a 4 year extension on their origional warranty...mine was called in yesterday and repaired permanantly today...good luck
