My control panel is showing cb & I cant reset it?

I have moved into a house with a Gardtec 370 alarm, whilst I was painting I knocked a panic alarm in the bedroom, my control panel is now making a horrible noise and is showing cb. The previous owners did not leave us the alarm code. Please help !!!!

this is control box tamper ,you need to power down your panel ,power the panel back up type 4 6 yes no within the first 5 seconds this will reset the panel to factory code 5678
