remove the screw at the bottom of the carb to drain the remaing gas/oil out of the carb. Put screw back in then fill gas tank with GAS. Then just pull and pull until you are tired. It will eventually start. It may smoke for a while, but that will clear up. Before you try starting it, remove the spark plug and pull the card 10 to 20 times. This will allow any remaining gas/oil mix to get out of the carb also.
