Condensation in Double Glazed Windows?

I have 3 double glazed windows on the south facing side of my park home. Each window has a fixed pane and a hinged one. All three fixed panes suffer from condensation.
How do I fix the condensation?.
I think the inner upvc can be 'popped' out which will allow the double glazed unit to be removed ?
Then it can be stripped and re-sealed ?
What is best sealant ?

Ok, you can remove the double glazed unit from the window frame. You can even cut all around the seal using a very sharp stanley knife to remove one of the sheets of glass. You could then even stick the glass back on using some low modulus black silicone sealant, HOWEVER, you really need to remove the old decissant powder from inside the spacer bar, the silver or gold strips between the two pieces of glass, and replace it with some new. Then you really need to reassemble the DGU with hot-melt sealant.
My advice would be to accurately measure the unit, including the thickness, probably 24mm, take these measurements to your nearest UPVC window manufacturer and ask them to supply some new ones, you may well be suprised how cheap they are!!
All the best KP
