this could be a number of things,1st is your vehical actually overheating temps of 90-110 is normal,other faults include faulty thermostat,faulty fan switch, faulty water pump(impellers fall off internaly) and blocked radiaters or leaking head gasket,all have different ways to be tested so without any more info diagnosis will be difficult -post any info when it happens ie in traffic on motorway etc and will try to point you in the right direction
